5. Diuretics (“Water pills”)
They reduce fluid in the body, which can:

- Drop blood pressure
- Cause weakness and dizziness
6. Antihistamines (Allergy & motion-sickness drugs)
Examples:
Benadryl, Meclizine, Promethazine
They often cause:
- Drowsiness
- Confusion
- Poor coordination
Especially dangerous at night.
7. Opioid Painkillers
Examples:
Morphine, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone
These drugs depress the nervous system and can cause:
- Sedation
- Dizziness
- Loss of balance
They greatly increase fall risk.
