The authors of the book “The Eight-Hour Diet,” David Zinczenko and Peter Moore, explain a weight-loss plan where you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight. The book was published just a few months ago, and David Zinczenko promises readers that they can lose a significant amount of weight if they follow the instructions.
The rule is to eat only between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. or between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., as the body can digest all the food more easily during these times. This concept isn’t new and already exists in several diets that advocate for avoiding fasting and eating normally for people with limited time. So, there are eight-hour cycles in which we eat virtually anything, and then there are 16-hour cycles in which we don’t eat anything. And this is repeated every day. During these 16 hours, the human body should focus on rest and recovery, not on digesting food.
