A closet full of clothes that no longer fit, that you donât like, or that belong to a past version of yourself isnât nostalgia: itâs a form of daily pressure.
Keeping only what makes you feel comfortable, dignified, and present is a form of self-respect.

The toaster that doesnât work.
The blender you never use.
