Guillain-Barré Syndrome and Venous Thrombosis (9/10)
Researchers observed an increase in cases of Guillain-Barré Syndrome and cerebral venous thrombosis after the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine. Guillain-Barré Syndrome is primarily characterized by muscle weakness, while venous thrombosis is the formation of a blood clot in a vein that blocks blood flow throughout the body. French NBA star Victor Wembanyama suffered from the latter condition several months ago, forcing him to miss the season.

Further Research Needed (10/10)
Furthermore, all vaccines significantly increased the risk of myocarditis and pericarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle, the muscle responsible for heart contraction and blood circulation throughout the body). « Other risks requiring further investigation were also identified, » the journal reports. The researchers emphasize that further research is necessary to determine the link between the vaccine and these side effects.

Faced with this alarming situation, vaccines against COVID-19 were urgently developed. After nearly five years of observation and analysis, we now know the side effects of the various vaccines we have received.
