Recipe for homemade bread. You’ll never buy bread again.

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

Mix the ingredients: Place the flour in a large mixing bowl. Add lukewarm water, olive oil, dry yeast, and salt.

Mix and Knead: Mix all the ingredients until they begin to combine. Then knead the dough by hand until it is smooth and elastic.

Step 2: Let the Dough Rise

First Rise: Cover the bowl with a clean cloth or plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Step 3: Shape the Dough

Cylindrical Shape: Once the dough has risen, place it on a lightly floured work surface. Shape it into a cylinder.

Divide and Shape the Loaves: Divide the cylinder into three equal parts. Shape each part into a loaf.

Prepare to Bake: Place the loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make a few shallow slits in the top of each loaf and dust them with a little flour.

Step 4: Bake the bread

Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

Bake: Place the baking sheet with the loaves in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the loaf is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

Step 5: Cool and serve

To cool: Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.

To serve: Slice your delicious homemade bread and serve it with your favorite toppings.
