A 3-day lymphatic cleanse to keep you healthy all year round.

Natural detoxification of the body has been practiced since the time of Native Americans. And the use of sweat lodges and the Indian practice of Ayurveda dates back even further. 3-Day Lymphatic Cleanse
Here is a lymphatic cleanse I use with my clients. Of course, I suggest you discuss this with your doctor before implementing any new health plan.

Note: You can continue the lymphatic cleanse for an additional 3 days to complete this process.

Where to Start:

It’s important to eliminate all potential food allergens, including: dairy products, wheat, corn, soy, preservatives, and food additives.

Avoid all refined and processed foods and beverages. This means no bread, pasta, crackers, cereal, cookies, or anything else that has packaging and/or added sugar.
