Eliminate trans fats, which are found in margarine, baked goods, and fast-food items like fries and donuts.
Limit your coffee intake at breakfast, and especially avoid drinking it on an empty stomach, as this puts a strain on your body (particularly your adrenal glands) during the detoxification process. Also, avoid other stimulants like alcohol, soda, and tobacco.
Exercise, breathe deeply, and enjoy the sunshine every day.
For better lymphatic drainage, get an herbal formula. One of my favorites is made by ABC de la Nature. The recommended dosage is 1 gram three times a day. You can add it to filtered water, fresh juice, or a smoothie.
