This was demonstrated by the Louisiana Biomedical Research Center in the USA.
The study required 152 overweight volunteers.
These individuals were divided into three groups:
Group 1: ate nothing for breakfast
Group 2: ate two eggs for breakfast
Group 3: ate bread for breakfast
The discovery was remarkable: The group that ate eggs lost 75% more weight and 35% more abdominal fat than the others.
Furthermore, these individuals experienced no changes in their cholesterol levels.
Another interesting finding is that the high omega-3 content in eggs can lower triglyceride levels and thus help prevent cardiovascular problems.

While vitamin A is essential for improving night vision, lutein and zeaxanthin are powerful antioxidants that prevent damage from free radicals, thus strengthening and preventing vision problems.
